LYS-7152 is mirror engraved from its white-coated back. Removing only the ultra-thin rear coating creates transparent information while the full clear acrylic face remains smooth—an effective structure for professional display identifiers and exhibit labels.
Viewed through the transparent acrylic body, the rear coating gives the sheet an even white appearance. Fabricators prepare mirror artwork and remove the coating from the back. The resulting transparent openings read correctly from the front, and the selected holder or background can provide the visible contrast without interrupting the smooth face.
Place the sheet white-coated side up and engrave mirrored artwork from the rear. Parameters should remove the coating cleanly without unnecessarily cutting into the acrylic body. Confirm the selected thickness, optics, speed, power, mounting background and artwork on a physical sample before volume production.
LYSHIRE supplies full sheets, reviewed cut blanks and samples. Send the required size, thickness, mirrored artwork, mounting background and projected quantity for configuration review and quotation.
White is an ultra-thin coating on the back of clear acrylic, not a thick white core. Dark information shown in application imagery comes from the mounting background visible through transparent rear-engraved openings. Final appearance must be confirmed with a physical sample.

AI-generated product application imagery is used for visual reference. Actual color, transparency, gloss, dimensions and engraving results may vary by material configuration, processing parameters, mounting background and display conditions. Confirm with a physical sample before production.
