Controlled Area Identification Engraving Laminate LYS-7018 has a smooth matte medium-blue face over one continuous white core. Shallow front engraving removes the micro-thin blue cap and creates a slight recessed white result with visible groove depth for controlled-area references, airlock IDs, material-transfer points and production-zone information. The acrylic-base version is supplied for CO2 laser work, while an ABS-base version is supplied separately for CNC and rotary production. Regular thicknesses include 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.3, 1.5 and 3.0 mm, with standard 600 × 1200 mm sheets and custom cutting. LYS-7018 is a two-ply fabrication laminate with a smooth matte medium-blue face over one continuous white core. Shallow front engraving removes the micro-thin blue cap and forms slightly recessed white information with visible groove depth. It is supplied as raw sheets and optional repeat blanks for professional controlled-production-area identification.

True Shallow Engraving
The white information is exposed from the continuous core. Narrow groove walls and a shallow white bottom distinguish the result from printing while avoiding an excessively deep routed appearance.

Select the Base for the Fabrication Method
The blue-and-white appearance can be coordinated across two separately supplied bases. Test the engraving depth so the blue surface is fully removed while the recess remains shallow and legible.
