ChinaLYS-7155 is professional two-ply laser engraving plastic with a smooth gloss-green face and a continuous white core. CO2 laser engraving removes the micro-thin green surface layer to reveal permanent white text, symbols and graphics.
The material is supplied as process-ready sheet stock for professional engravers, sign manufacturers, distributors and OEM fabricators. Its controlled gloss finish is smooth and bright without the clear reflection of mirror green, the particles of metallic green or the tactile grain of textured green.
The green face is smooth and evenly glossy across the sheet. A controlled highlight gives the material a clean commercial appearance while avoiding the strong reflections associated with a mirror finish. There are no brushed lines, metallic flakes, granular particles or printed color layers.
Engraving exposes the continuous white core beneath the green surface. The resulting white letters, arrows and line graphics are produced by the two-ply material structure itself, without ink, applied lettering or paint filling.
The micro-thin cap supports clear directories, room identification, operational wording, arrows, symbols and detailed line graphics. Begin with lower power and higher speed, then adjust gradually until the white core is exposed cleanly while the surrounding gloss surface remains neat.
Processing note: Use only the depth required to expose the white layer. Excessive heat or repeated passes may widen fine characters or leave residue around the engraving. Test the selected grade and thickness before bulk production.
LYS-7155 can also be CNC-routed into rectangular plates, rounded identification parts, narrow slots and mounting holes. The white core appears as a fine line along machined edges and hole walls. A sharp cutter, stable hold-down and controlled depth help maintain clean profiles on thin components.
Laser cutting, rotary engraving and drilling are also available when the required part geometry, edge quality or production process calls for another method.
Gloss green-white material can be fabricated into coordinated operational and directional signs for distribution centers, receiving areas, picking zones, dispatch corridors, order-processing areas and visitor routes.
The application image demonstrates a coherent sign family produced from the material rather than another machine nameplate. Final wording, arrows, dimensions, fixing methods and destination-market requirements should be verified by the fabricator before production.

Laser engraving: Begin with lower power and higher speed. Adjust gradually until the white core is cleanly exposed. Air assist may be adjusted or switched off for engraving according to the required surface result.
Laser cutting: Use suitable air assist, focus and speed for the selected thickness. Keep protective film in place where appropriate and test close hole spacing before production.
CNC processing: Use a sharp cutter, stable hold-down and shallow controlled depth. Test feeds and spindle speed around small characters, narrow slots and mounting holes.
Cleaning and installation: Remove dust with clean compressed air or a soft brush. Test cleaners on a sample. Select adhesive or mechanical fixing according to the substrate, cleaning process, traffic level and expected service life.
Depending on the selected grade, UV resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, chemical resistance and impact resistance can be supplied. Custom colors, thicknesses, dimensions, adhesive backing, pre-cut shapes, drilled parts, engraved finished signs and export packaging are available according to project requirements.
For an accurate recommendation, provide the installation environment, cleaning method, mounting surface, required service life, processing equipment and target thickness. Final suitability should be verified through engraving and application testing.
LYSHIRE supplies engraving-material distributors, professional engravers, sign manufacturers, logistics-wayfinding fabricators and OEM buyers. Standard export MOQ is 500 sheets and colors may be mixed according to the applicable packing arrangement. Standard packing is 25 sheets per inner carton and 20 cartons per reinforced outer package.
Qualified B2B buyers may request free samples to evaluate the gloss-green color, white contrast and laser-processing performance before placing a bulk order.
Q1: Which color appears after engraving?
The gloss-green face is removed and the continuous white core appears as the engraved text, symbol or graphic.
Q2: Is the surface mirror green or metallic green?
No. LYS-7155 has a smooth high-gloss green face, but it does not create a clear mirror reflection and contains no metallic particles.
Q3: Is the green surface textured?
No. The surface is smooth and glossy without granular, brushed or coarse texture.
Q4: Can the sheet be cut by CO2 laser?
Yes. Laser-cutting settings should be tested for the selected thickness, protective film, edge requirement and hole geometry.
Q5: Can the sheet be CNC-routed into mounting holes and custom profiles?
Yes. CNC routing can produce outlines, slots and mounting holes when cutter, hold-down, speed and depth are matched to the selected grade and thickness.
Q6: Can adhesive backing and finished signs be supplied?
Yes. Adhesive selection, custom cutting, drilling, engraving and finished-sign production are available according to project requirements.
Q7: Is the sheet available in sizes other than 600 × 1200mm?
Yes. Other metric and imperial sizes and custom-cut dimensions are available according to order quantity and packing requirements.
Q8: Can I request a sample?
Yes. Free samples are available for qualified B2B buyers, subject to inquiry qualification and sample availability.
Send LYSHIRE your required thickness, sheet size, quantity, processing method, application and delivery country. We will recommend the appropriate grade and prepare a B2B quotation.
