LYSHIRE Industrial Label Material is a two-color engraving sheet developed for clear and professional identification in industrial environments. The material features a red brown face with a contrasting white core, allowing engraved text, symbols, serial numbers and operating information to remain easy to read.

Unlike surface-printed labels, the visible contrast is created by removing the face layer and exposing the white core beneath it. This construction produces clean identification without requiring additional ink or paint filling. The red brown and white combination is suitable for factories, electrical installations, machinery, control systems and commercial identification projects.

Industrial Label Material can be supplied in ABS, PMMA or acrylic configurations. The appropriate material construction can be selected for laser engraving, rotary engraving or CNC processing according to the customer's equipment, finished-label requirements and application environment.

As an equipment label material, LYS-7281 can be used to identify operating functions, equipment numbers, electrical circuits, switches and maintenance information. The white engraving core creates clear lettering against the red brown surface, helping operators recognize important information quickly.

The material is also suitable as a machine label material for model plates, serial-number plates, operating labels and equipment identification. Different sheet thicknesses can be selected according to the label size, installation method and required rigidity.

For control panels and electrical cabinets, this control panel label material can be engraved with switch names, circuit information, warning instructions and equipment functions. Optional adhesive backing allows finished labels to be installed directly onto clean metal, plastic or painted surfaces.

Additional applications include factory identification signs, warehouse labels, access-control signs, industrial nameplates, asset labels and small safety signs. Outdoor use should be based on the selected material configuration and the required anti-UV performance.

Manufacturing and Customization

LYSHIRE uses film-based color layers instead of conventional surface ink for its engraving sheet production. The base sheet is protected immediately after extrusion, followed by robotic loading and multiple dust-removal steps before the color layer is applied. This process helps reduce visible particles and color variation while supporting a consistent surface appearance.

The standard sheet size is 600 × 1200 mm, with thicknesses available from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm. Custom sizes, thicknesses, color combinations and optional adhesive backing can be supplied for different industrial label projects. Thickness tolerance is controlled within approximately ±0.05 mm.
