Industrial Microsurfaced Engraving Plastic

Industrial Microsurfaced Engraving Plastic has a thin matte burgundy face over a continuous yellow acrylic core. CO2 laser engraving removes the burgundy surface layer and reveals permanent yellow wording, symbols and borders without printed ink, vinyl or applied lettering.

LYS-8307 is supplied to professional engravers, industrial label fabricators, sign manufacturers and distributors producing equipment identification plates, valve and pipeline tags, control panel legends and maintenance labels.

Microsurfaced Two-Tone Structure

The unengraved area remains matte burgundy, while every correctly engraved area exposes the same continuous yellow layer below. This layered structure produces durable color contrast with precise small text and symbols. The yellow result comes from the sheet core rather than a separate print, sticker or inlay.
