Plastic Laminate Sheet

Plastic Laminate Sheet is a matte green face and yellow core two-color engraving material developed for laser engraving, rotary engraving and CNC processing. Engraving through the thin green surface exposes the solid yellow core, producing permanent high-contrast text, symbols, numbers and identification graphics.

Manufactured from selected ABS, PMMA or acrylic materials, this engraving laminate is suitable for industrial labels, outdoor signs, recycling facilities, recreational facilities, renewable-energy equipment, equipment nameplates and architectural wayfinding. Custom sizes, thicknesses, colors and adhesive-backed configurations are available for B2B and OEM projects.

Matte Green Face with Yellow Core

The sheet consists of an extremely thin matte green face cap over a solid yellow core. Laser or mechanical engraving removes the colored surface layer and reveals the yellow material underneath. The finished information is engraved into the sheet rather than printed with ink or applied as vinyl.
