Are These Specially Prepared Display Samples?
No. Standard test sheets are normally selected from recent commercial production.
When production is running, LYSHIRE may randomly select material directly from the current production batch and cut it into A4-size test sheets. Requested colors or finishes may also be selected from qualified sheets produced in recent batches and held in the warehouse.
This sampling method allows customers to test material that represents normal commercial production rather than a specially manufactured presentation sample.

Existing stock samples, standard colors and current-production test sheets can normally be prepared and dispatched within approximately two days after the application and sample requirements are confirmed.
Courier transit time depends on the destination country, local customs clearance and the selected international courier service.
Are Custom Samples Also Free?
Samples made from existing colors and existing material structures can normally be prepared without a sample charge.
Custom colors, special layer structures, non-standard materials, flame-retardant development and other project-specific samples may require a development or sample fee. The amount and sampling schedule are confirmed according to the project requirements. Custom color and material-structure development normally requires more than ten days and may take longer depending on production scheduling, technical coordination and testing.
