Textured Finish Engraving Plastic Sheet

Textured Finish Engraving Plastic Sheet has a dark green face with a fine, evenly distributed granular texture over a continuous white core. Engraving removes the surface layer and reveals permanent white letters, numbers and graphics without printed ink, vinyl or applied lettering.

LYS-7086 is supplied as process-ready sheet material for professional engravers, industrial identification manufacturers, sign fabricators, distributors and OEM buyers. Its defining feature is the tactile fine-grain surface rather than an ordinary smooth matte finish.

Fine Granular Textured Surface

The dark green face is intentionally micro-textured. Fine, dense surface particles create a clearly tactile finish that is visibly different from a smooth matte, satin or glossy sheet. The texture is uniform across the face and is not a metallic flake, woodgrain, stone pattern, orange-peel coating or sandpaper-like finish.

Clear White Engraving Contrast

Controlled CO2 laser engraving removes the dark green textured face and reveals crisp white technical lines, letters and graphics. Test power, speed and focus before batch processing to establish the required engraving depth, contrast and surface result.

Cutting and Precision Drilling
