Electrical Caution Engraving Plastic Sheet
LYSHIRE LYS-SBY095 is a brushed silver / yellow / black three-layer engraving material developed for electrical caution labels, switchboard identification and maintenance plates. A controlled shallow pass removes the brushed silver face and reveals the yellow middle layer. A deeper pass reaches the black base, allowing yellow caution fields and black signal words, symbols or circuit information to be produced within one thin sheet without screen printing, paint filling or secondary lamination.

Establish Both Engraving Depths Before Production
LYS-SBY095 is supplied in process-specific base configurations. Fabricators should test shallow and deep passes on the ordered sheet before a production run because machine power, speed, focus, tool geometry and artwork density affect the final depth.

Laser Acrylic and CNC / Rotary ABS Are Separate Configurations
