Three-Ply Engraving Plastic LYS-RBB002 combines a safety-red face, black middle layer and blue base layer within a total thickness of 1.5 mm. Shallow engraving reveals black for primary warnings and legends; a slightly deeper pass reveals blue for secondary codes, direction symbols and information fields. The three-color result is formed by material removal rather than screen printing or paint filling. An acrylic-base version is supplied for CO2 laser orders, while an ABS-base version is supplied for CNC and rotary production. Three-Ply Engraving Plastic
LYSHIRE LYS-RBB002 is a true red / black / blue three-ply engraving plastic engineered to display two contrast colors from one face. A controlled shallow engraving removes the red surface and reveals black; a slightly deeper engraving reaches the blue layer. The result is a three-color industrial plate without screen printing, paint filling or secondary lamination.

Shallow Engraving Reveals Black
Removing only the thin red face exposes the black middle layer for primary warnings, headings, symbols and high-contrast identification.
Deeper Engraving Reveals Blue
A controlled second depth passes through the black middle layer to reveal blue for secondary information, direction symbols or circuit and process coding.
No Paint Filling Required
Black and blue are integral layers within the sheet, reducing secondary filling, printing and lamination steps for repeat industrial fabrication.
Three Layers within a Total Thickness of 1.5 mm
The red face, black middle layer and blue base are all contained within the finished 1.5 mm sheet. LYS-RBB002 is not a stack of three thick boards and must not be represented as a 3 mm or thicker acrylic plaque. The color transition is produced by precise engraving depth inside one thin professional engraving sheet.

Laser or Rotary Production with Controlled Depth
LYS-RBB002 can be configured for CO2 laser processing with an acrylic base or for CNC / rotary processing with an ABS base. The fabricator controls engraving depth to select the black or blue reveal. Test settings should be established on the selected configuration before batch production because power, speed, tool geometry and machine condition affect the final depth.
