Three-Layer Engraving Plastic for Control Panels LYS-RGB001 combines a red face, black middle layer and green base within a total thickness of 1.5 mm. Three-Layer Engraving Plastic for Control Panels
LYSHIRE LYS-RGB001 is a red / black / green three-layer engraving plastic developed for machine control panels, operating-status plates and industrial legend plates. A controlled shallow engraving removes the red face and reveals black; a slightly deeper engraving reaches the green layer. The two reveal depths separate warnings, legends and operating-status fields without screen printing, paint filling or secondary lamination.

Shallow Engraving Reveals Black
Removing only the red face exposes the black middle layer for warnings, switch legends, equipment numbers, borders and operating instructions.
Deeper Engraving Reveals Green

Laser or Rotary Production with Controlled Depth
LYS-RGB001 can be configured with an acrylic base for CO2 laser work or an ABS base for CNC / rotary engraving. The fabricator controls engraving depth to select the black or green reveal. Test settings should be established on the ordered configuration because power, speed, tool geometry and machine condition affect the final depth.
