LYSHIRE LYS-SBR077 is a brushed silver / red / black three-layer engraving acrylic developed for laser-engraved danger signs, main-disconnect plates and critical equipment identification. A controlled shallow pass removes the brushed silver face and reveals the red middle layer. A deeper pass reaches the black base layer, allowing red hazard fields and black signal words, pictograms or technical information to be produced within one thin sheet without screen printing, paint filling or secondary lamination.
Multi-Ply Engraving Logic
Removing only the brushed silver face exposes the red middle layer for danger headers, shutdown fields, critical borders and selected hazard accents.
A controlled deeper pass reaches the black base for signal words, hazard pictograms, electrical information, asset codes and operating restrictions.
Red and black are continuous layers inside the sheet, reducing printing, color filling and secondary assembly for repeat industrial sign production.
The brushed silver face, red middle layer and black base are contained within one finished 1.5 mm sheet. LYS-SBR077 is not three thick boards stacked together. Correct depth control produces red and black information inside a thin multi-ply acrylic suitable for flush-mounted danger signs and critical equipment plates.

Processing
The primary LYS-SBR077 configuration uses an acrylic base for CO2 laser engraving and cutting. The fabricator controls engraving depth to select the red or black reveal. Test settings should be established on the ordered sheet because power, speed, focus, lens condition and artwork density affect the final depth.
The product name targets the laserable acrylic purchasing route. For CO2 laser engraving and cutting, specify the acrylic-base version. For CNC or rotary engraving, routing and drilling, specify the separately configured ABS-base version with the same brushed silver / red / black color structure. Do not assume one physical sheet is universal for every machine.
B2B Applications
The brushed silver face provides a professional equipment-grade appearance, while red and black reveal depths separate high-priority hazard fields from technical content. Typical fabrication includes:
The red and black layers support high-contrast danger-sign fabrication, but the finished signal word, pictogram, dimensions, placement and color requirements must be verified for the customer's application and destination market. Material color capability alone does not certify a completed sign to OSHA, ANSI, ISO or another safety standard.
Wholesale Supply
LYSHIRE supplies laserable multi-ply acrylic to material distributors, engraving companies, safety-sign manufacturers, equipment builders and industrial label fabricators. Mixed products can be arranged within the standard 500-sheet MOQ, subject to base material, thickness and packing requirements. Qualified B2B buyers can request samples to verify the brushed silver / red / black structure and establish both engraving depths before bulk purchasing.
For an accurate quotation, provide the sheet size, quantity, processing method, adhesive requirement and destination market.
Buyer Questions
A shallow engraving removes the brushed silver face and reveals the red middle layer. A deeper engraving passes through the red layer and reveals the black base layer.
Yes. First engrave the red field to the middle-layer depth, then use a deeper controlled pass for black text or symbols inside that field. Test both depths before batch production.
No. The total finished thickness is 1.5 mm, including the brushed silver, red and black layers. It is one thin sheet, not three thick boards laminated together.
Yes, as separate process-specific configurations. CO2 laser orders use an acrylic base, while CNC / rotary orders use an ABS base.
No. Red and black are integral material layers. Correct engraving depth reveals the selected color without printed ink or paint fill.
